About
I am a undergraduate student in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Manitoba. As a mechanical engineer, I design and develop physical systems to both aid and contribute to HCI research. I utilize 3D printing technology as a main resource for developing my designs. In my spare time, I am the Team Leader for UMSAE Aero where we design, construct, and compete an R/C aircraft for an International competition implemented by SAE International and facilitated by Lockheed Martin.
Currently, my main project with HCI is designing and prototyping transparent desktop displays and exploring the possible applications associated with this system.
