Hello! My name is Marco and I am an undergraduate student in Computer Science. This summer i will be researching alongside Prof. Daniel J. Rea, where we will investigate interfaces for improved access to a robot’s capabilities. This research proposes to design, implement and test interfaces that let operators control only the necessary fraction of a robot’s capabilities. Using a “gearing” approach inspired by vehicle gears to enable improved precision in movements.
Outside of academics I love to explore new places with my camera (Photography and Videography), I also enjoy designing and sketching (Photoshop and Figma), and currently I’m just trying to find more things to enjoy in life!
