Writing has come a long way throughout the ages. From its humble beginnings, writing has evolved alongside technology. With each new age of technology comes new ways to write and new tools to aid the writing process.
Wikis are a very powerful writing tool (as well as a new technology), as they provide a resource for a collaborative work, with the ability to write on almost any subject. Writing and editing for a wiki is not as hard as it may seem, anyone can do it, it just requires knowledge of a subject and a willingness to share that knowledge.
This section will describe how it is possible to write and edit with a wiki.

Writing with a wiki is as easy as writing with any word processor. You simply navigate to the Edit pane on any wiki page and type in what you want, which will then be reflected on the page.
