Introduction
Technical writing requires a particular set of organizational skills. Some of the guidelines are to select appropriate audience in each part of the document, place important information at the beginning and ending part ef every document section as well as repeating key points throughout the document.
This chapter introduces a document formatting technique known as "ABC format". It includes Abstract or summary, Body or suporting details and Conclusion or transition to next step.
This chapter will elaborate on ABC format as well as on induvidual paragraph organization.
