LOL I just relised that this is not my topic. :) Sorry to whoever, was supposed to do this( if at all ). I notice no one is assigned to the table of contents. This may not be nessesary, to list topics here. I was expecting to add summaries with the list. Should we keep the links? No hard feelings here if they are deleted. This will get quite long once all chapters are included.

Let me know if this is your page, I will change it back to the original. The more I think of it this probably should be rolled back. Respond here if you want me to fix it. I will leave it as is for now.
